FAQ

How are our products made?
We utilize the latest technology in the 3D Printing industry with a focus on high quality, durability and waste reduction. Additive manufacturing is the process of building an object one layer at a time. Rather than starting with a block of a material and cutting out what is needed, we only use what is needed for the final product.
Additive manufacturing produces much less waste than other manufacturing methods. Any waste that is created, gets recycled through the appropriate channels.

What are the care requirements for my products?
Strength and final finish are key pillars in my creations. The designs are created with everyday use in mind; therefore the expectation is that they be handled like any other household decor items.
All my products (unless otherwise noted) are created with an extruded plastic known as PLA (Polylactic Acid). This plastic is designed for indoor use as its melting point is around 50-55°C.

What is PLA Plastic?
PLA (Polylactic Acid) is a thermoplastic monomer derived from renewable, organic sources such as corn starch or sugar cane.
PLA is the second most produced bioplastic (after thermoplastic starch) and has similar characteristics to polypropylene (PP), polyethylene (PE), or polystyrene (PS), as well as being biodegradable.
